Delivery to a Deathcare Service

Please ensure the address is correct - https://www.bcfunerals.com/public/services when completing the delivery field.  

No Recipient/ Wrong Address

Please provide us with instructions of what to do if no one is available to receive your gift (such as leave with a neighbor, leave in a designated area).

If no person is present to accept the flowers at the location specified, our driver will act in his or her discretion based on weather conditions, safety, security, etc.

Please note, our couriers do not call prior to delivery. Please ensure the recipient is home to receive items.

If the wrong address was provided by the customer, a fee up to the entire cost of the order (including delivery) will apply.

Please check your delivery information carefully at time of order.

Please note: 

• We are not responsible for late deliveries caused by acts of God (weather conditions, storms, hurricanes, earthquakes, etc.) and no refunds will be issued for these reasons.
• We do deliver on Sunday or statutory holidays (New Years, Easter, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas and Boxing Day) providing funerals are open.
• Same day and holiday surcharges may apply. Our team will review your paid order and contact you with delivery confirmations, if required.

$25 for orders under $350 before taxes and delivery

Free delivery for orders $350 and over before taxes

Zone 2

$50 for orders under $400 before taxes and delivery

Free delivery for orders $400 and over before taxes

Zone 3 

$125 for orders under $1000 before taxes and delivery

Free delivery for orders $1000 and over before taxes

*If your postal code is not listed and you reside outside Metro Vancouver, you are outside our delivery area and pick up is required.
